The Smart Space website is owned and operated by Strachan Sport Services(SSS).
The use of this website indicates acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Whilst SSS will attempt to notify users of changes to these terms and conditions, it reserves the right to change these conditions without notice.
Ordinary Users
- Smart Space respects your privacy and does not pass on your information to any third parties
- We only use your information for matters relating to Smart Space and its associated entities
- When you book or register with a Smart Space Trader, your information gets passed onto them
- Traders can not see your log in details nor can they change your record without your consent.
- Any one trader can not see your record with other traders
- Because Traders are independent entities and simply use Smart Space as a service site Strachan Sport Services can accept no responsibility for communications sent to you by them. Please report any inappropriate communications or content so that action can be taken where appropriate.
- Whilst Strachan Sport Services back up data at least daily, we are not responsible for lost data. You use this site as is and at your own risk.
- Strachan Sport Services cannot be liable for any loss or damage cause as a result of the use of this site
- Whilst we follow stringent protocols to ensure safety of data, Strachan Sport Services cannot be held liable in the unlikely event of loss of data.
- You accept that this site is not to be used for posting any content which can be in anyway construed as racist, pornographic or incitement to violence.
- Such material will be removed. Please report content which you consider falls into this category to admin@smartspace.ws.
- You cannot use this site to threaten or annoy other individuals or users including spamming or other techniques to deliver unwanted emails or content.

Traders and Business Users
General Conditions
- Conditions of use for business users include those (above) for ordinary users
- SmartSpace.ws is open to business users to wish to use the management tools provided by this site.
- Smart Space makes no claims as to the effacacy of using this site for any business in particular
- Business users should make up their own mind as the the suitability of this site for their purposes
- Business users who pay for the Smart Space subscription have a right to the data which has been saved during the use of this site
- Smart Space will provide a copy of the data, upon request, to businesses who cease using the Smart Space site and who are fully paid up
- Whilst Strachan Sport Services make every effort to maintain the site on the internet, 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.
- Strachan Sport Services will check the uptime of the site and publish results regularly.
- Strachan Sport Services, where possible, will provide a fax service to Traders where they do not have access to their booking sheetdue to ISP or Server failure.
- Problems should be reported by contacting admin@smartspace.ws.
- Strachan Sport Services is not liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of using this site.
- All feedback will be gratefully received.
- Whilst Strachan Sport Services carries out database back up twice daily, ususally at noon and midnight AEST, as well as a separate taped server back up once daily, we cannot guarantee against loss of data. See more detail in this related article.
- This site is to be used for legitimate business purposes
- Businesses which deal with products or services of a sexual nature are not permitted to use this site nor are businesses allow to post content which could be considered pornographic, racist or incitement to violence
- If you do not accept these conditions DO NOT USE THE SITE.
- Strachan Sport Services reserves the right to unilaterally remove a site or content from a site it deems inappropriate
Smart Space License
- The minimum purchase of a Smart Space license is for a period of 12 months
- If there is a Free Trial period, the license is deemed to begin when the first payment is made
- Traders who purchase a license subject to the Free Trial, must cancel their subscription prior to the first payment, otherwise they will be liable for a full 12 months subscription
- All subscription payment must be made through PayPal subscriptions
- The purchase of a license means acceptance of the Strachan Sport Services "Privacy Policy" and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- The use of Customers' personal data is strictly subject to this Privacy Policy
Communications
- SSS reserves the right to restrict the free use of Bulk Email from the Smart Space servers at any time and without notice.
- Whilst SSS hopes to maintain this as a free service, it reserves the right to apply charges to any or all bulk emails sent through the Smart Space server.
- If SSS decides to charge for this service, it will provide the opportunity for emails to be sent through a Trader's own SMTP server
