Please note: ordinary users register and use the Smart Space website for free. This does not include products and services offered by Smart Space Traders.

- Simple online booking system (up to 10 bookable resources) - Free (ad supported)
- Membership
- Create unlimited number of Membership Types with unlimited number of members
- Allow membership sales and payment online
- Includes limited features of the Pricing and Staff modules
- $Au2.50 per week for Network leaders (for multi level membership management)
- $Au1.50 per Trader week paid annually in advance (+gst in Aus)
- Membership Card set up (if required) - based on set time - allow minimum 4 hours @ $au60 per hour. Graphics and layout costs are extra.
- Content and Newsletters
- Create an unlimited amount of content with forum available
- Upload and store documents and images
- Create and send e-newsletters (extra charge for emails above 200 per month)
- Includes limited features of the Staff module
- $Au1.50 per week paid annually in advance (+gst in Aus)
- Available as a separate module from November 1 2008
- Programs, Services and Events
- Includes the Membership module
- includes limited Competition module features (not available separately at present)
- Create an unlimited number of programs, services and events
- Allow nominations/reservations and payment online
- Includes limited features of the Pricing and Staff modules
- $Au3.00 per week paid annually in advance (+gst in Aus)
- Available as a separate module from November 1 2008
- Smart Space Basic
- Membership, Content and Program modules combined plus one free bookable resource
- Includes all features of the Pricing and Staff modules
- $Au5.00 per week paid annually in advance
- Smart Space Premium
- Smart Space basic plus required number of categorised bookable resources
- Charges are based on additional Bookable resources over Smart Space Basic
- First additional 10 bookable resources $AU4.00 per week each (+ Smart Space Basic)
- Any Additional bookable resources $AU3.00 per week each
- eg. For 10 Courts pay $5.00(Smart Space Basic) + 9 x $4.00 = $41.00 per week
- All payable monthly in advance
- All prices do NOT include GST for Australian Customers.
* Basic Pricing and Staff modules come as part of each package. Features on these modules may vary depending on the modules purchased.
Launch Specials if you sign on before 30 September 2008:
- $0.50c off per resource or per module per week
- 2 months Free Trial ( normally 1 month)
- Free Set Up (normally $500 for networks, $300 for traders)

Additional Information
- Service fees are charged weekly and paid monthly in advance except where stated
- Minimum contract period: 1 year (Not including any Free Trial period if applicable)
- Prices on application of Networks with 10 or more Traders
- Free Bulk Emails sent are limited on a monthly basis
- Prices do not include a Trader ISP access or usage
- Prices include all hosting, uploads of images and files, backups and storage of files
- 3 Gigabyte file storage limit
- Set Up: $Au500.00 for networks, $Au300 for single Traders/clubs (+GST for Australian Users) It includes:
- Face to face or online staff training (depending on location)
- Data migration (if in suitable format)
- Intensive set up assistance
