Jason Andrew is one of the most respected and sought after auctioneers, speakers and real estate trainers in the Australasian real estate industry today. His energy and enthusiasm is contagious and a trademark of his business.

Jason launched his namesake business in 2008. Quickly growing in size and reputation, the team at the Jason Andrew Group now calls over 2000 auctions a year. Currently calling auctions in all states of Australia and New Zealand, Jason has personally called more than 10,000 auctions during his career.   

As a tribute to his auctioneering talent, Jason was awarded Australasian Auctioneering Champion in 2010, the highest industry accolade available. Jason was also awarded Auctioneer of the Year in 2009, 2012 and 2014 by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, making him the state's most awarded auctioneer.

In recent years, Jason has become a leading industry commentator, key-note speaker and mentor, freely sharing his fresh and dynamic approach to established real estate concepts in his own irreplaceable and ubiquitous style.

Tony Illing is a seasoned negotiator who combines a driven, strategic approach with a genuine passion for the auction process.

With more than 25 years’ experience in international sales and management, Tony prides himself on his ability to understand people’s needs and to deliver first-class outcomes. Having owned and operated two businesses of his own, he intuitively understands the unique challenges and nuances that accompany every transaction.

Tony’s love of the auction call was sparked while growing up on a sheep and cattle station in south western Queensland, where livestock auctions were a part of his daily life. An experienced residential, commercial and lifestyle auctioneer, he has a proven reputation for honesty, professionalism and down-to-earth service.

Tony sees every auction as an opportunity to bring buyer and seller together, and to negotiate the best possible outcome for all parties.

Ashleigh Fielding is the hub of the Jason Andrew Group, efficiently coordinating its day-to-day operations and effortlessly managing communication with the team and their valued clients.

A double degree qualified university graduate, Ashleigh’s skilful attention to detail fulfils an essential function in the team. 

Ashleigh studied for several years at university level, achieving two science related degrees. Working first as a nanny and subsequently as a cinema manager throughout her study, Ash learned a variety of skills that opened up a raft of career options for her upon graduating.

After an extended trip overseas, Ashleigh’s return to Brisbane brought about a chance meeting with Jason Andrew and an eventual offer for her to take on the role of the JA Group’s office manager.

Joining the team in early 2013, Ashleigh’s seamless transition to JA resulted in the business quickly achieving a new level of proficiency in its operation.

Ashleigh has now become an indispensible part of the Jason Andrew Group, along with her unique ability to develop innovative new solutions that are constantly improving the business’ overall performance.
